THE buying PROCESS

Pre-approval

Start by meeting with a lender to get pre-approved for a mortgage. This will help you understand how much you can afford and show sellers that you’re a serious buyer. If you need help finding a good lender, I can recommend you some.

Find your home

I'll talk with you about what you are looking for and select homes to view that meet your criteria. We will view the homes and I'll guide you through your options to help you find and buy your perfect match.

Making an offer

Once you've found the home you love, I'll help you make a competitive offer. This involves determining a fair price, negotiating terms, and preparing a formal offer to purchase.

Home Inspection & appraisal

After your offer is accepted, I recommend ordering a home inspection to ensure the property is in good condition and for you to learn more about the property. Your lender will also require an appraisal to confirm the home’s value matches the loan amount.

Closing!

In the final step, you'll sign the necessary paperwork to complete the purchase. This includes finalizing your mortgage, paying closing costs, and officially becoming the new homeowner! Congratulations!
